Celebrating Beyond 1,000,000 Hours Free of Lost-Time Incident

TEKCOM’s foundation is built upon the corporate culture of Safety and Quality. We commit to make this culture a priority to to ensure workplace environments in which all employees can work and go home safely every day.

Over the past year, TEKCOM has been working extra hard to improve our Safety working performance, and this hard work is paid off. TEKCOM’s safety improvement initiatives has seen a sustaintial reduction in incidents. As stated up until July 2019, we are proud to achieve and celebrate a great milestone of 1,000,000 Hours Free of Lost-Time Incident. 

Mr. Vu Nguyen shares: “This figure shows a significant effort of every single employee and leader at TEKCOM for always having Safety in Mind, indicating a strong focus on safety for self and others. For instant, we have seen an active involvement of employees in submitting near-misses and hazard reports. There are nearly 1,300 near-miss and hazard reports with a resolving rate of 93% for the first half of 2019.”

The achievement is a step closer for the corporate to Zero Harm goal. And at TEKCOM, Zero Harm is achievable and we are working hard towards this definite.
