I. Purpose: 

  • Sales Executive manages all sales activities in a professional & effective manner
  • Professional means performing all tasks in accordance with the processing system and controlling the result of each activities
  • Effective means reaching or exceeding sales targets, interest, and market penetration proposed by the company
  • To distribute company products covering assigned sales area
  • To analyse and find out the opportunities to expand sales contribution with customers
  • To create customer relationship and satisfaction
  • To communicate any related information between the company and customers

II. Responsibilities and key activities

  • Customer relationship management
    • Have visiting schedule plan and offer sales program to customers in monthly
    • Survey and update market information especially competitors monthly
    • Conclude order and follow up delivery as per customers' requirement
    • Take note problems / obstacles and find out the solution
    • Collect and follow up pending payment
  • Sell
    • Introduce the company and educate customers to know product knowledge and benefit
    • Update construction project information, and coordinate with sales dept.
    • Update stock status of customers and support them with planning and recommendation
    • Concentrate on customers information (e.g. birthday) and participate with them continuously
    • Support customer about cargo exchanging and return base on company policy
    • Other duties as per assigned
  • Authority: To be provided the necessary facilities in order to perform your work.
  • Performance measures: 
    • The revenue value, volume, and price level (profitability) of his/her region.
    • Demand planning accuracy and resolutions of claims together with a quality organization.
    • Development of market Coverage in his/her region.
    • ​Role model and enforce TEKCOM’s business conduct policies


  • Education: Bachelor Degree in a commercial or technical field
  • Computer proficiency: Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ...), google apps, social network…
  • Language: Good command of both spoken & written English
  • Experience:
    • At least 01-02 years experience in the same role.
    • Able to make Sales Plan and manage/supervise Sales team
  • Skills/ Personalities
    • Good at planning and strong analytical and interpersonal skills
    • Good at communication skills, business acumen, and selling skills
    • Good at negotiation skills, presentation skills
    • Self-motivated attitude and customer service orientation
    • Be a proactive person.
  • Other tasks
    • Compliant with Company regulations and instructions from higher-level staff.
    • Highly responsible, ambitious, self – motivated and proactive
