Ensure the all demand meet the company’s requirements in accordance with the business expansion strategy.
Maintain and refine the buying procurement to assure that the company is receiving the highest value, right material at the lowest cost by involving in negotiating, adopting/ contracting favorable prices and terms with suppliers. Ensure compliance with TEKCOM policy and procurement best practice.
Set up and develop system and policies for sourcing and purchasing to adapt development strategy.
Set up and implement relevant budgets.
Responsibilities and key activities
To define and expand sources not only local but also regional and global areas in order to supply efficiently demand of goods and materials (that including the woody, surfacing and other material) which are in line with the business needs of TEKCOM;
To develop and implement sourcing strategies to deliver materials, products and services to TEKCOM at optimum cost (Cost in use is always the focus), ensuring working capital efficiency, and compliance with purchasing policy and financial instructions.
To negotiate the specific terms and conditions; to have win-win solutions in the contract which impact to total cost.
To negotiate agreements with suppliers and develop appropriate relationships between key suppliers to ensure continuity of supply on commodities and services that are essential to fulfill the business objectives;
To identify cost reduction opportunities with suppliers and deliver improvements in the total cost of supply to TEKCOM;
To maintain and develop knowledge database, aligning reporting capability across the team and co-ordination of systems improvements;
To review and maintain records of approved suppliers in line with TEKCOM’s risk policy;
Work with existing vendor to improve their performance. Actively tracking the metrics and meet/improve on Key Performance Indicators, working closely with all key stakeholders to deliver results;
To supply a monthly report to CEO/EXCOM, outlining savings, KPI’s and general market conditions;
Manage site technical/material buyers ensuring formal review in time manner basis
Take opportunity of new entrance/sources of supply to improve the total cost
Work with internal functions to evaluate supplier`s performance. Conduct a periodic meeting with supplier to address the evaluation result.

Coordinate with the Heads of departments/Line Managers to finding competent suppliers as required.
Build networking with potential suppliers.

Work location: TEKCOM Factory - Nam Tan Uyen Expansion IP, Hoi Nghia Hamlet, Tan Uyen Town, Binh Duong Province, Viet Nam.
Transportation: Shuttle bus from HCMC to TEKCOM Factory & Thủ Dầu Một City to TEKCOM Factory
Probation: 2 months
