The HR Supervisor will be responsible for a broad range of C&B functions, and compliance within TEKCOM. Manage C&B team’s performance and develop them to be competent in accurate payroll management and operations activities.
II. Responsibilities and key activities
1. Implement Payroll process
Be in charge of implementation full spectrum of assigned compensations and benefits for all staff & operatives, such as, calculate monthly payroll, incentive bonus.
Monitoring and implementing periodic social insurance, personal income tax.
Making SI, HI, UI, labor reports to ensure full compliance with local legislation.
Execute monthly personal income Tax declaration, compile annual personal income Tax finalization.
Be in charge VBI care for all employees and follow up annual health check.
Be in charge hazardous jobs, follow up and recommendation.
Maintain payroll software.
Execute all reports which are required by local authorities.
Make sure all assigned HR reports are done on time and correctly;
Prepare and provide supporting documents to submit to auditors
Verify and reconcile data, formula with auditor
Improvement action after audit finding
Creating decision for employee nomination, transferring, or promotion and human resources announcement;
Implement and coordinate yearly salary review exercises.
Participate in planning and implementing annual salary, bonus, and welfare payment.
Monitoring and implementing the company's labor-management & labor legislation.
Monitor HR department’s budget.
Support member companies to work within the above scope of work according to the Division's HR deployment plan from time to time and/or when required.
Ensure proper implementation of HR processes and policies related to Labor law and internal labor regulation.
Implement and coordinate with Mercer for job grading definition, job mapping and job evaluation.
Coach & train subordinates.
Manage C&B team’s performance and develop them to be competent in accurate payroll management and operations activities.
Develop a good contingency plan to ensure no interruption of operations in case of staff’s absence.
Build and maintain good relationships with all employees.
3. Other tasks will be assigned by HR Services Manager.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Education: University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, and related fields. Master's degree preferred.
Computer: Good computer user knowledge and skills, especially Microsoft Excel skills, and other HR systems.
Language: Proven verbal and written bilingual abilities (Vietnamese & English).
At least 4 years experience in HR C&B & Operations/Services position in manufacturing company with size over 1.000 staff.
Firmly grasping Labor Law, Law on Personal Income Tax, Law on Social Insurance - Health Insurance;
Have knowledge of human psychology is a plus.
